We're glad you found us! Take a look and join one of our conversation groups!
Founded in April 2009, the Language Exchange Club Kyiv helps residents and visitors to improve their language skills, share an international perspective, and make lasting friendships.
LEC meetings are free of charge and you don't have to register on the website to visit them.
When do we meet?
Weekly Meetings. Come to our regular conversation groups to practice a language, share international perspectives, and make new friends.
We have a full schedule! The Events are your primary source of information for meeting times and exact addresses. But not all meetings run or are announced every week and you can (i) check the Groups and ask there, and (ii) check the other websites of LEC in Kyiv.

Have fun at the meetings... but please remember to be considerate of the restaurants (buy something from them if you can: they will accept us better) and be considerate of other customers. Sit in small groups and don't move the tables. If you move a chair, put it back in place afterwards.

John Carragee (1953-2011)
Dear friends, John Carragee was a founder of the Language Exchange Club. He passed away on the 24th of October 2011. Those of you who knew him will remember his drive and the energy he gave us to run the club. John also developed the club in a dozen of other cities in Ukraine, Poland, Spain and other European countries. Thanks to him we are creating a growing community which is changing the lives of hundreds. Thank you John!
